At Swim Essentials, we do everything we can to get your favourite summer items to you as quickly as possible!
Read below to find out how our shipping works, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your fun swim rings, cheerful inflatables, or other sunny must-haves.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code and your package will be shipped as soon as possible!

Ordered Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM?

If you placed your order during the week, your package will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Depending on the workload and delivery speed of DPD, you’ll receive your order as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your summer essentials right away.

Our 400x200x100 cm frame pools are shipped on a pallet and can be processed starting from the next business day after your order.

Ordered Monday to Thursday between 2:00 PM and 11:59 PM?

Prefer shopping in the evening? No problem! If you order between 2:00 PM and 11:59 PM, your package will be processed the next day and shipped within 1–2 business days. Depending on DPD's delivery times, your order will arrive as soon as possible.

Ordered after 2:00 PM on Friday, or during the weekend?

Weekend shopping is always a treat! Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting Monday morning and shipped within 1–2 business days. A perfect start to your new week!

Longer delivery time?

Sometimes an item may have a slightly longer delivery time. If this is the case, we’ll always mention it on the product page and in your order confirmation email. That way, you’ll never be surprised.

Occasionally, delays can occur with the shipping carrier, which is unfortunately out of our control. Always check your Track & Trace code. If there’s no update within 3 days, please contact us — we’re happy to help!

Our free shipping campaign applies to most regions; however, unfortunately, it does not include shipments to the United States. Due to significantly higher shipping fees to the US, we’re unable to offer free delivery in this area at this time.
