Ordering & Payment
At Swim Essentials, we make shopping not only easy but also fun! From Arm bands Swimming to Inflatable Unicorns – everything is ordered in no time! Read below how to place your order and pay safely.
How do I place an order?
At Swim Essentials, you can search for one or more items using the categories or the search bar. You can also search via Collections for the different product families we have at Swim Essentials.
Once you have found the desired item, click on it to go to the product page. Choose the desired size and place the item in your shopping cart by clicking 'Add to cart'. Then click 'Order'.
On the checkout page, fill in your details and desired payment method. Click 'Review order' at the bottom left and, when your details are correct, click 'Pay now'. Your order is placed! You will receive a confirmation via email.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with us via iDeal, Mister Cash/Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Klarna. In some cases, payments with Credit card or Klarna may be refused. The reason for this refusal is not visible to us. For questions about this, we recommend contacting your credit card company or Klarna's customer service.
Can I change or cancel my order afterward?
Would you like to make changes to your order or prefer to cancel it? We are of course very sorry, but we are happy to help you further to change or cancel your order. Contact our Customer Service by phone within an hour, and we will try to stop the processing of your order. If that is no longer possible, you can simply return your order, as long as the product is in the original, undamaged packaging. The costs for returning are at your own expense.
My order is placed, what now?
If your order has been successfully received, you will receive a confirmation via email. Your order is passed on to our warehouse, and they prepare your order for shipment. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email. Haven't received this email? Then check your spam mail. If you can't find it there, something probably went wrong with entering your details. Feel free to send an email to our customer service at klantenservice@swimessentials.nl, and we will check it for you!

My order has not been delivered, what now?
Sometimes an item may have a slightly longer delivery time. If this is the case, we will always let you know on the product page and in your confirmation email. So you will never be surprised!
Sometimes there may be a delay with the carrier, which we unfortunately have no control over. Always follow the Track & Trace code, if you don't see a status update after 3 days, please contact us. If the delivery takes longer than one week, please contact our customer service at klantenservice@swimessentials.nl.

How can I return my order?
Have you ordered something but changed your mind? No problem! At Swim Essentials, you have 14 days to return your items to us – hassle-free, so you can quickly continue enjoying the summer! The items must be undamaged and unused.
Follow the steps on our return portal to arrange your return. Always request a track & trace code when returning your order. Without this code, we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company. If you are unable to register your return via the return portal, you can drop off the package with a shipper of your choice to De Beverspijken 205221 ED 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
How will I be refunded?
The method of refund depends on how you paid. If you paid via iDeal, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which you paid for the order. If you paid with a Credit card, your refund will be credited back to it. If you paid via Klarna, the amount of the returned items will be deducted from the total amount.
When will I receive the purchase amount back?
We understand that you want your money back as soon as possible. Therefore, we will refund the money within 14 days after we have received your return. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used unless we have agreed otherwise.
Note: if an item has been used in a way that goes beyond what was necessary to assess it, we may have to withhold part of the purchase amount. We therefore recommend returning everything in the original packaging. Without original packaging, the value of the product may decrease.
We may wait to refund until we have received the item unless you can show us proof of shipment.
My order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, what should I do?
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? That is of course not the intention, and we are happy to solve it for you! Contact us immediately at klantenservice@swimessentials.com or send us a message via WhatsApp at +31 73 711 3710 including photos or videos of the defect. We are happy to help you further.
