STYLE | Stylish & unique
Inspired by the sun, a love for unique prints, and a dash of creativity: every product from Swim Essentials is thoughtfully designed in our own sewing workshop in ’s-Hertogenbosch. From the first sketch to the final product – everything happens in-house! This gives us complete control over the design and allows us to effortlessly respond to new trends and innovations.
Our design team works closely together to create the most unique, stylish products that perfectly fit that ultimate, carefree summer vibe. Every detail is carefully considered, ensuring our products not only shine but are also practical and functional.
CREATION | Samples
The entire design process takes place in-house! Each design first comes to life as a sample, allowing us to test and perfect the product down to the last detail. We pay attention to everything – from color shades to the smallest details in stitching and closures. This way, we ensure that you receive the very best (and of course, the most fun) product!
PRODUCTION | Handmade
In our workshop in ’s-Hertogenbosch, part of the Swim Essentials clothing line is handmade. Our craftsmen pay attention to every detail – from the first stitch to the final finish. With this artisanal approach, we not only guarantee top quality but also add that unique Swim Essentials style to each item. Every product receives the attention it deserves!
PEOPLE | Behind the scenes
Our workshop is not only a place where products come to life but also a space where talent and personal growth are central. We offer people with barriers to the labor market the chance to start anew, learn valuable skills, and build a future. In a safe and inspiring work environment, they learn craftsmanship, which helps them transition to new opportunities in the job market. Our strength lies in diversity! Different nationalities work alongside each other, enriching our creativity and innovation.
Take Ahmed, for example. For years, he had his own sewing workshop in Afghanistan, but he had to flee due to the war. Thanks to a special collaboration between the Municipality of ’s-Hertogenbosch, Talentrix, and Swim Essentials, Ahmed now has a full-time job where he can apply his expertise and craftsmanship once again. This has helped him rebuild his life in the Netherlands, and we are proud of that!
