How can I clean my filter cartridge?
You can't clean your filter cartridge and it isn't reusable. The filter needs to be replaced once a week.
The pool filter pomp doesn't work properly anymore, what now?
When the pool filter pump stops working properly, rinse it out and reconnect it. If it still doesn't work, contact klantenservice@swimessentials.nl or call +31737113710, and we will help you!
How much chlorine do I need to put in my pool?
We recommend purchasing a chlorine dispenser and keeping this in the water at all times with chlorine tablets in the dispenser. This will ensure that no bacteria or algae develop.
How often do I need to change my filter cartridge?
In case of intensive use, we recommend changing the filter every two weeks.
