How long does it take to fill the pool with water?
How long it will take depends on the size of your pool and the number of garden hoses you use. The smallest pool with one hose will take approximately 4 hours, and the biggest pool will take around 8 hours.
Can I leave my pool outside in snow or freezing tempertures?
No, it is not possible to leave the pool outside in snow or freezing temperatures. By the low temperature, the swimming could get damaged or ripped.
How can I prevent sand and dirt from ending up in the pool water?
To prevent sand and dirt from coming in the pool you can use a pool cover and filter pump. Hereby you will prevent sand from ending up in the pool, and the filter pump keeps the water clean. The pool filter pump and pool cover are available at Swim Essentials.
Are pool stairs included with the pool?
Pool stairs are not included in the standard package. But it's possible to include accessories like a swimming stair in your order. The pool stair is also for sale separately.
How long will it take to set up the pool?
Our pools are super easy to set up! The time it will take depends on the size of the pool. Approximately it will take two hours with two people.
How long is warranty on my pool?
On our pools, you get a one-year warranty on the frame, and 3 months on the liner and canvas.
There is a rip in the swimming pool, what now?
When there is a tear in the canvas, it is a factory defect. We will send you a replacement swimming pool.
What protection does the swimming pool need?
Use a pool cover to protect your pool. The cover will keep dirt out of your pool.
How full should the swimming pool be?
Inside the pool, you'll find a line. You can fill the water until this line.
Can I order replaceble parts for the swimming pool?

What if my swimming pool leaks?
If it is a manufacturing fault, we will send you a new pool. Send us an e-mail to klantenservice@swimessentials.nl, and we will help you out.
Does the swimming pool sticks stick out?
The pool sticks stick out 20 centimeters. The ground surface of a 260x160 cm pool= 280x180 cm. You add 20 cm to the ground surface.
