What is the difference between arm band swimming and a puddle jumper?
Yes, our puddle jumpers are completely safe! The puddle jumpers are tested according to the strictest European laws and regulations and comply with standard EN-13138-1:2021/AC:2022. So, you can be sure your child can safely explore the water!
What closure does the puddle sweater have?
The Puddle Jumper has a convenient double buckle on the back, specially designed to close the vest securely and safely. This way, your child can't easily get it off by themselves, and you can enjoy their water adventures with peace of mind.
Does a puddle jumper have to be inflated?
No, you don't have to inflate the puddle jumper.
Is a puddle jumper a life jacket?
A puddle jumper is a swimming aid and personal protective equipment (PPE) that helps your child float safely in the water. It is not a life jacket and, therefore, does not provide the same function as a life jacket. We always recommend supervision so you can enjoy the water together.
What is the difference between arm band swimming and a puddle jumper?
Puddle jumpers consist of a floating (foam) vest with arm and shoulder straps. This gives your child stability and more freedom of movement. Puddle jumpers are only around the arms and still need to be inflated. Arm bands swimming are lower in price, but a puddle jumper generally lasts longer.
